MY HEAD & MY EMOTIONS
Feelings are data, not defects.
Stress, anxiety, anger, confidence, asking for help.

THE THINGS TO KNOW
four ideas that cover most of it
01
Feelings come in waves
Every emotion peaks and passes — usually within 90 seconds if you don't feed it. Name it ('I'm anxious') and the wave loses power.
02
Anger is information
Anger usually guards something: feeling disrespected, unheard, or unsafe. Ask what it's protecting before you act on it.
03
Asking for help is a skill
Strong people have a go-to person. If things feel heavy for more than two weeks, tell someone — a counselor, a coach, or text HOME to 741741.
04
Confidence is built, not born
Confidence comes from keeping small promises to yourself. Finish one hard thing and your brain files it as proof.
