SEX, LOVE & RELATIONSHIPS
The stuff nobody explains out loud — explained.
Consent, dating, boundaries, breakups. Real answers, no judgment.

THE THINGS TO KNOW
four ideas that cover most of it
01
Consent is a conversation
Consent means a clear, enthusiastic yes — freely given, every time, and it can be taken back at any moment. Silence, pressure, or 'they didn't say no' is not consent.
02
Boundaries are healthy, not mean
A boundary is what you will do, not a punishment. 'I'm not sharing my passwords' is a complete sentence. People who care about you can handle a no.
03
Green flags vs. red flags
Green: they respect your no, they're kind when nobody's watching, you feel calmer after seeing them. Red: jealousy dressed as love, checking your phone, rushing commitment.
04
Breakups & your body
Breaking up in person, once, clearly, is kinder than fading out. And your body is yours — protection, timing and waiting are all your call, never a negotiation.
